Aurel Digital ("we") runs this website to share our studio work and to receive project enquiries. This page explains the small amount of information that involves.
Who we are
Aurel Digital is a creative studio for websites, apps, design, video, ads, chatbots, and data. Contact: sales@aureldigitals.com.
What we collect
If you send the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, optional service and budget, and the notes you write. That message is delivered to sales@aureldigitals.com so we can reply.
We do not ask for payment details on this site. Theme preference may be stored in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers dark or light mode. We do not use that for advertising.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used only to respond, quote, and deliver work you asked for. We do not sell your information or add you to a newsletter unless you later ask for one.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as a project (or a follow-up you request) needs them, then delete or archive them with our ordinary mailbox hygiene. You can ask us to delete an enquiry by writing to sales@aureldigitals.com.
Processors
The live contact form is delivered through FormSubmit, which forwards the message to our sales inbox. Email providers then store the conversation. If you prefer not to use the form, email us directly.
Live chat
If you use the live chat, we store your messages and any name or email you choose to give, so our team can reply and follow up. Chat transcripts are kept on our own server and are not shared with third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set advertising cookies. To understand how the site is used and to run live chat, we run our own first-party analytics: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, the pages you view, the referring site, your device and browser type, and an approximate location (city and country) derived from your IP address. Location is looked up through a geolocation service (ipwho.is, with ip-api.com as a fallback). This data stays on our server, is never sold, and is deleted after 180 days.
