How to brief a digital studio (without a 20-page deck)

A useful brief is short. It tells us the job, the people, the date, the range, and what "good" looks like.

You do not need a perfect document to start. You need enough signal for us to reply with a real next step - scope, timeline, or a clarifying question - within one business day.

1. Name the outcome

Not "a website." Say what it should do: sell a product, book calls, look credible to investors, or host a content series. One sentence is enough.

2. Who it is for

A first-time buyer, a returning customer, a hiring manager - each needs different copy, layout, and proof. If you have two audiences, say which one matters first.

3. When you need it live

Landing pages and brand kits often ship in 1-2 weeks. Stores, apps, and multi-channel campaigns take longer. A date (even a rough one) lets us protect the path.

4. A budget range

Optional, but it stops both sides guessing. Under $1k, $1k-$5k, $5k-$15k, or $15k+ is plenty. If you are not sure, say that - we will propose a first slice.

5. Links and references

Sites you like, ads that work in your category, your current page, brand files, or a competitor you want to beat. Screenshots and URLs beat adjectives.

Send those five points to sales@aureldigitals.com or use the contact form. We will come back with a clear next step.
